I absolutely adore napping. Like, it's probably my favorite thing in the world, after ... no. It's my favorite. Which is why I was thrilled to see that someone has dedicated their efforts to finding the perfect nap accessory.

Hip Hop Hustle
Mondays beginning Sept. 9, 6-6:45 p.m., Kennedy Elementary.

This choreographed dance class combines easy-to-follow dance moves and great music into one high-energy class. No dance experience necessary. Hip Hop Hustle is perfect for cardio training, stress relief and simply busting out your best moves! Sign up online through MSCR, course 43077.

15-15-15 Dance
Tuesdays beginning Sept. 10, 6:15-7 p.m., MSCR Odana.

This 45-minute cardio dance class combines three forms of dancing into one high-energy class. Styles may include hip hop, zumba, ballet, belly dance, and more! No dance experience necessary. Sign up online through MSCR, course 43099.

Yoga Mama
Thursdays beginning Oct. 17, 6-7 p.m., Lowell Elementary.

In this gentle prenatal yoga class, women gain the physical and mental tools beneficial to a healthy pregnancy. This class also provides an opportunity to bond with other mothers and moms-to-be. No yoga experience required; physician consent required. Sign up online through MSCR, course 43149.

Corporate wellness
Jeanne will bring her style of dynamic, flowing yoga to your workplace to help employees relieve stress and prevent injury. She also leads meditation classes and workshops by request. Classes may take place during the early morning, at lunch or after work.
